them to remain as independent as possible in their home. We aim to assist and support a high quality of life
for our clients and their caregivers which cannot be achieved on their own.
Meet Our Team
Kristin Fletcher is a co-owner of Affordable Care Providers, Inc. and is our expert MassHealth consultant/financial advisor. She started her career as a Certified Nursing Assist in a long term care setting in 1992 and was promoted to Business Office Assistant. She quickly became an expert in completing MassHealth applications. She started her own MassHealth application business in 2021 and soon realized there was a larger need for assistance with her clients while they were living at home and not eligible for higher levels of care. Along with her partner, Annemarie McNeil, they expanded the company in 2024 to include private home care, skilled care, and long term care placement assistance. The company’s services are continuously expanding as the needs of the client’s we serve expand. As a Senior Care Manger Kristin will assist and guide you with the complexities of applying for MassHealth and offers free phone consultations.
AnneMarie McNeil has been a home care physical therapist for 40+ years I realized that the need for personal care and companionship was not filled thru insurance programs and that was a barrier to a person’s success aging in place in their home. Isolation and lack of community services was also was a reason for frequent re-hospitalizations. Teaming up with Kristin to provide personalized care and companionship as well as skilled therapy care when insurance programs have been exhausted has been a vital role in keeping our clients safe at home. My role as a senior care manager has allowed me to use all the skills I have learned in my career and I enjoy connecting people with what they need to stay healthy. As a lifelong active learner my other interests/hobbies include holistic healing techniques, ongoing self improvement, reading, hiking and spending time with my family. I am grateful for this opportunity to work with dedicated people and improve the lives of others.
Lorel Wrightson is our Clinical Nurse Liaison with over 30 years of nursing experience that includes but is not limited to long term care, acute care, home care, wound care management, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, hospice care and staff development. With her varied experience she is able to accurately assess each client's needs and match them with the appropriate caregiver. Lorel is able to relate to our clients and their families as she has personal experience with elderly parents who have required assistance at home with hospice for her mother and daily care for her father. She understands the challenges faced by clients who choose to stay at home with support and their families who want to keep their loved ones at home safely. With prompt response to referral inquiries Lorel is dependable, compassionate and delivers exceptional quality care to our clients and their families.
Miranda Delaney has the responsibilities of payroll and administrative tasks to keep our agency working smoothly. She has many years experience with data entry and payroll expertise. She also assists with Human Resources and has been proficient in streamlining our processes for scheduling. Miranda is a wonderful asset for Affordable Care Providers and we are pleased to have her join our team.
