FINANCIAL PLANNING ASSISTANCE WITH MASSHEALTH APPLICATIONS

A Masshealth application can be a daunting experience. Affordable Care Providers, Inc. offers clients and their families assurance and assistance to process the application completely and thoroughly. Our relationships with Medicaid Care Managers allow an efficient expedition with communication with our clients throughout the process. We also offer assistance with the Medicaid yearly review.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE

We can assist with organization of bills, bank statement reconciliation, tax preparation organization, ongoing organization of mail/receipts paid/timely payment of bills. This can be overwhelming for many people but with regular assistance for organization strategies stress levels are reduced.

LONG TERM CARE PLANNING

When living at home with assistance is no longer the best choice we can provide assistance in transferring a client to a higher level of care such as an Assisted Living Facility or a Skilled Nursing Facility which will provide the care needed. We have cultivated relationships with many facilities in the community and work together to provide a smooth transition.
