"I don't usually leave reviews, but the exceptional service provided here compelled me to make an exception. After a severe fall in June 2023, I was bedridden and struggling to regain my life. This place has been instrumental in my recovery. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, and every member is a true professional. They have eased the burden of this difficult chapter in my life, and I am deeply grateful. Their invaluable service will be something I utilize for years to come. God bless."

Thank you, Fernando

Dear Ms. Fletcher

“I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that it was because of the personal attention and face to face meeting with Suzy and Lorry that convinced my parents to go with Affordable Care Providers.
The older people are the more they need to feel the human connection and communication to feel safe and secure. Not many companies realize that.
So I hope you continue to provide that, because that will be what sets ACP apart from all the other companies.
Just wanted you to know that.

PS-We like Vanessa too.  But we did not have the opportunity to meet her before making decisions in selecting a HC provider. “

Thank you,
Ana Paulino

“We were in need of help for our mom. We were recommended Affordable Care by the speech pathologist that my mom had.  We needed just 2 - 3  afternoons  a week but  because her health was declining and she wasn’t able to stay by herself, Annemarie, one of the owners of Affordable Care, was able to get my mom 2 different wonderful women to help so she was covered 5 days a week. Both women have been a tremendous help. They are there for whatever my mom needs. One of the women knew my mom liked donuts and loved having her nails painted so when I had dropped in for a moment she was being so pampered by her it was so sweet and kind of her. She has a genuine love for her work and I could tell my mom was loving it.

It is so nice to see how well she is being taken care of. It frees me and my brother up from being there every day.

Annemarie also scheduled appointments for us to visit a couple of Assisted Living facilities. She also accompanied us to each appointment. She went above and beyond. Annemarie was always available and always had a genuine concern.

Affordable Care and all the employees that I have had the privilege of interacting with have been such a blessing to not only my mom, but me and my family.

I would absolutely recommend Affordable Care to anyone that would be in need of their services. “

“Kristin was extremely patient, thorough and responsive.    Dealing with long term placement for a loved one is never easy and navigating the ins and outs for Mass Health can be overwhelming and frustrating.  Kristin was empathetic and kind and made it bearable. “

“My name is Steven N. and I live on Cape Cod. My sister and her husband resided in Milford, Ma. I was unable to come and go from Cape Cod to Milford to their home, when they needed daily assistance.

When the time came for me to get optimal assistance for my older sister and brother in law, Affordable Care Providers met their needs and my needs.

The owner of the company, Kristin has a heart of gold and a compassion for caring that is very difficult to find in elder care services for families that are unable to care for family members themselves. Kristin is always available to answer questions via telephone or Email or to show up in person if a “hands on approach” will get the job done.

Unfortunately the time came when my sister and brother in law could no longer stay in their home. Kristin found them resident nursing care and after my sister passed, she found a care facility for my brother in law where he is now thriving and able to live in an apartment on his own.

Kristin took on the task of selling their house, condensing their finances and setting up a program so the money would last as long as necessary. She consistently makes sure that my brother in law has what he needs from clothing to driving to doctors. His needs are taken care of to the point of helping him find an easy chair to watch TV.  Getting a Christmas tree at the holidays so he could enjoy the holiday spirit on his first Christmas without my sister, was above and beyond!

My trust and respect for Kristin is unflappable. Her approach to care is to insure that the client comes first, last, and always. When it comes to needed care, Affordable Care Providers, should be your first and only choice. “

“My wife and I recently had to start the daunting task of securing Medicaid assistance for my elderly mother.  Her finances were steadily dwindling and needed more care than her assisted living facility could offer.  She needed long term care at a skilled nursing facility with a memory-care unit.

Stressful situation for sure! Finding a suitable facility with an opening took tremendous effort and waiting would be a big part of it.  So we started working on the submission to Medicare so we would be ready … if and when an opening would come.

Fortunately, we got lucky and a family friend suggested we check out the services at Affordable Care Providers, Inc.. She found them to be very helpful in the process of obtaining Medicaid assistance and highly recommended a specialist there named Kristin Fletcher.

We called Kristin and immediately felt a sincere connection. She was professional in her questions and forthright on the services she could provide, as well as how long the process would typically take.  Her estimated single fee approach was very reasonable ...  considerably less than those quoted us from legal firms.

Our experience with Kristin was excellent and successful. She was prompt in her tasks and communications. Her knowledge of the Medicaid submission process and rapport with the Medicaid Office caseworkers at Commonwealth of Mass Executive Office of Health & Human Services was top notch. We also found her to be a calming influence on us both throughout the process.

The Medicaid submission process is no doubt a challenging one.  Be prepared to put in a significant amount of time gathering personal and financial records for Kristin and her team.  We can assure you she will match your effort, all the while providing much needed guidance and honest feedback.

We were so glad to have Kristin at our side and you will be too!”

Sincerely,

 Mark and Nancy

"After my Mom fractured her hip, I wasn't sure if it was going to be possible for her to remain in her  split level home.  Doing the laundry, bringing her trash and recycles to her garage, getting her buckets to the street and picking up her mail/newspaper were daily tasks that she suddenly was not able to manage on her own, and my brother & I were both over an hour away.  She really didn't need someone for a half day though, and many of the home care agencies were not flexible enough to suit her needs.  Fortunately we found the flexibility she needed with Affordable Care Providers.  When she was recovering, in addition to helping her with daily tasks, they also encouraged her to do her rehab exercises, which helped her meet her goal of getting back to walking without a walker or cane.  While she has long since met her mobility goals, she has really appreciated the daily support she has received from the caregivers at Affordable Care Providers this past year, and she looks forward to her morning visits.  For me, it is a comfort to know that not only does she have the support she needs, but we also have the flexibility to increase the support if needed in the future. Most of all, I am happy we found caregivers that truly care about my Mom, and that my Mom is able to stay in her home of over 60 years."
